Mike Koplas did our taxes from 2019 until 2021. Never had an issue. In early 2023 we submitted all of our original documents for 2022 to him to file taxes as usual as he always gave us everything back when done. We moved to Louisiana beginning of 2023 but had faith he was working on our taxes. We never heard from him again. We were unable to get our original documents and we've been in a bind ever since trying to gather documents so we can file our taxes. We call the number listed and leave messages but no response. We've emailed and texted him as well. Very disappointed
