On 5/11/2026 MGS Heating and Cooling installed a completely new a/c system with a heating element in my home. After the installation was completed, they found the new condenser had a faulty compressor. The manufacturer only warranties replacement parts. I of course was skeptical and requested a new condenser. Steve from MGS was very helpful, he immediately called the supplier and ordered a new compressor. The next day the new compressor arrived, was installed, and is working fine. The installation went smoothly. I highly recommend MGS Heating and Cooling.
No Joke, these guys are so great! Great price, friendly team, the owner and office super responsive and easy to talk to, and most importantly, the system is freezing, we have to turn it up now, it'll get too cold! They did a wonderful job from the start. Thanks team GMS AC LLC!
