“Forest Hills Memorial has been incredibly kind, warm, and helpful to our family during a very difficult time. From the beginning, Crystal, our funeral director, guided us with care and professionalism, helping us through decisions that felt overwhelming while we were grieving.

Our family has trusted Forest Hills Memorial for many years, beginning when our grandmother passed away in 2002. Since then, they have continued to be accommodating and supportive for other loved ones who have been laid to rest there, including during our grandmother’s and cousin’s emergencies, as well as with my parents’ pre-need arrangements. They have consistently treated our family with compassion, patience, and respect.

Tony also did a beautiful job assisting with the prayer cards and publishing details, and we truly appreciated his patience and attention to detail. We are still working with Fern on finalizing the headstone, and we appreciate her continued help as we complete that final piece.

I also want to give a special thank you to the gentleman with the beard who assisted us during the wake. I unfortunately do not know his name, but he was exceptionally kind. He took his time with our family in a deeply personal and compassionate way, and that meant more than I can properly express.
