My first experience here was stressful and upsetting due to circumstances. But Dr. April is great with animals and cares. She will keep you updated on anything important via calling from her personal phone or texting. I send everyone who needs an exotics vet here. I make sure to bring all of my babies to her.
I would like to say that Doctor April is a very pleasant Doctor to work with. I called her about my Guinea pig Kody who was found to have a stone in his bladder by another doctor. Let me just say two other doctors failed my baby. Doctor April rushed in with much love and sympathy for my situation. She told me to immediately bring him in. She was on her way home turned back to her office called her staff in and waited for me to arrive with Kody. Mind you she spoke to me and kept me calm on the way there. Her staff are wonderful people. Immediately Doctor April began surgery on my baby. She did everything in her power to save my Kody she even called her husband...read full review

When u watch April work u r seeing "Dr Doolittle" in real life. She is an amazing human being dedicated to the well being of ur babies.
