My physical therapist was right on target and helped me strengthen my core and legs. Reduced pain in my lower back and now can get out of chairs unassisted. Thanks Nikki. You are terrific.

I had a really good experience here with physical therapy, however things have really take a turn for the worse after I was done with therapy. I did not have insurance that covered physical therapy and was given the option to self pay in cash, which I did, at a pre negotiated rate. They recently changed their billing system, which is where this issue is coming from I believe, and after they switched billing systems I received a bill for over $300 that was NOT disclosed to me when I was receiving treatment. Now I can't get in contact with their billing department, and the staff here has not even bothered to answer my question as to where this hidden charge is coming from for over a month now. I have an email tracker and can see when my email has been opened, and they have opened my email about this several times but have not responded. This is really disappointing because I had a really good experience with therapy, and I really did not like Cleveland Clinic before that because of other horrible experiences with Cleveland Clinic. Well, Cleveland Clinic did not disappoint this time either. My recommendation is to work with private practices and stay away from big institutions like this. They really do not care about you at all at the end of the day and there is no recourse for bad experiences. I would expect this type of treatment from a car dealership, not a clinic. Very sad.

I called at 11 am , told to come in. Got there @ 12 closed from 12-1 for lunch! I am an RN who has worked ER for 23 yrs and I also have worked in Urgent care clinics in the past. On arrival I spoke to a Blond woman with a squeaky southern drawl , same voice I heard when I called. I said to her It would have been nice if i knew you were closed at 12. She started arguing with me about who told you that, I didn't want to embarrass her so I said that's not the point, I just wish I knew that you were closed. So I waited outside because the clinic was so cold, came in at 12 40 and sat with 2 other people. When the door was opened I was ready to speak with a registration clerk when a young aggressive woman started yelling that she was sick just like me and was before me. I went and spoke to the blond woman who i had addressed previously. She let 8 other people in saying that I had left. Its first come first served. I said I had been here at 12:00. I feel that I was singled out and refused care because I had addressed the fact I did not know they were closed for lunch. Another older gentleman also left when I did. Really unprofessional and nasty way to treat patients. The providers that I had seen there previously were good. This poor behavior by your front desk clerk really is ruining your reputation. The other issues are a lack of covid and respiratory culture for other viruses. I went to another urgent care and It was much more organized, reception was friendly wait was reasonable. I had a nasal swab done there for Covid and other viruses. I have had a recent hospitalization for parainfluenza and really needed to be seen since I was running a fever and had earaches. Glad I left when I was treated so badly at this Clevaland clinic in Palm City. I would re-organize the admission procedure after lunch so that aggressive people cant jump in front of elderly or handicap people like me. Let people know you close for lunch and dont do Covid tests on your website. Advise patients that its freezing cold in the office also, really uncomfortable.

I use the Palm City facility on a regular basis for my doctor, urgent care and blood work. It is a great help to have the services so close, and we have never been disappointed.

I like everything except the online services are not consistent in my chart. I can see my regular doctor's appointments but cannot access anything regarding physical therapy to see when appointments are or to message providers. If everyone is operating under Cleveland Clinic it would be so much more convenient to have that type of access across the board. I have several upcoming appointments and can only see my regular doctor appointments.

I do Pelvic Floor Therapy! I recommend Erin Dinsmore. She takes her time and figured out what’s best for you! I originally went to the one on hillmore but moved locations cause it’s closer to my job and thank god she was over here! 10/10 no complaints.

I am so upset! My mother, who is elderly and has health problems, was in the hospital last month. She has been trying to follow up with her doctor - which is usually procedure - to no avail. They will not see her until SEPTEMBER. I will have quite a lawsuit should something happen to her! They offered a "virtual" visit as the Doctor is sick. I know there are other health professionals in the office, why can she not see one of them? I would think being in the hospital would warrant an in house visit to check vitals, review labs, etc. It used to be, when one went into the hospital, the doctor would immediately follow up with the patient. My daughter's pediatrician still does. Small blessings. This really is unheard of and something needs to change. Our quality of life is being affected and it is utterly disgusting.
