Purchased a $321 product in pump action container only to find out it was defective. Left message at store no return phone call. Attempting going to store they were closed, no store hours posted. Friend tried going to store, again they were closed.
They do not stand behind their products, if it doesn't work you're stuck with it. Absolutely no customer service. Beware.
Upon moving from New York, I searched high and low for a quality colorist that knows what they are doing. After my sixth salon, I was recommended to Keela at Palm Beach Beauty Lounge. Hallelujah! I found my home. Keela is a goddess when it comes to hair, she corrected all my mishaps from the past 2 years and now my hair has returned to it's crowning glory. The atmosphere is very chill and the staff is first rate. For the first time in a long time, I look forward to having my hair, colored, cut and highlighted. Bravo Ladies!
I had waxing at salon with Carole. I asked to be cautious when applying the wax around bikini line due to my sensitive skin. She said their wax adjusts to every type of skin. I got serious burns and was unable to wear underwear for two days.
