Joseph Pubillones refurbished my Mother's apartment. After his great work, the new apartment mirrored her old apartment. My Mother scaled down from two bedrooms to one bedroom and he made it as if she had not lost space. His work was done very expeditiously and with great taste. He made the renovation go very smoothly. He fully understood my Mother's needs and worked tirelessly to accomplish her objectives.
