The receptionist took my information (this was my 1st time visit) and got me an appointment 2 hours after I called and they did both the manicure and pedicure before my appointment I had scheduled for my personal trainer at 5 pm Friday! “I was looking for someone who braids cornrows into updos, searched online and found Natural Hair Serenity. She has braided my hair into cornrows twice and both times she was wonderful. She braids expertly and efficiently and does not pull or make the braids too tight while doing it. I was confident in her skill set, so I asked for micro braids and she did not disappoint. Her braids are flawless. She is professional. Her establishment looks sunny and bright, well-maintained, clean, and motivational. I would highly recommend her.
