Leniza Vega the instructor and manager was amazing! I felt welcomed and very well-directed. I highly recommend this location you can feel the great energy when you walk into the yoga studio.
My first hot yoga class with Leniza was amazing, Wow!! As a newbie, I felt anxious, but Leniza's warmth and expertise put me at ease. Her clear guidance and adjustments helped me navigate challenging poses. I loved the calming ambiance and her knowledge.
Leniza explained complex concepts simply and offered modifications for my needs. Her positive and high energy was contagious!
Highly recommend Leniza for every class. Can't wait to return and continue my hot yoga journey at the new location in Lakewood Ranch!
