The dedicated team of associates aims to deliver excellent care to patients and residents. The facility is known for its caring and thoughtful staff, who make families feel secure knowing their loved ones are well taken care of. Valerie and the crew have been recognized as terrific caregivers, making a positive impact on residents like Mary. While some staff members may need improvement, the exceptional caregivers are noted for going above and beyond. Residents enjoy a variety of activities, and the facility remains clean and welcoming, contributing to positive experiences, as seen in days when residents are active and engaged.
I’d like to personally commend Rita and the entire therapy staff at Gardens Court for going above and beyond to get my Mom on her feet again, and a special shout out to CNA Bernard who worked equally hard to bring a smile to her face. Great job!
The staff at Gardens Court were attentive to my mothers needs. The dietician worked with me to discuss my mother's preferences .
They allowed much time for my mom and I to be together and I am grateful because I live in Massachusetts and I cannot get there as frequently as I would like. Her room is a bright yellow as well as the entire dining hall, which was bright and cheery with sky lights, windows. The activities are available daily with the staff engaging all who wished to join. The Nurses station is Central and open for all to see.
The place is spotless.
My mother receives physical therapy as needed, with a friendly and encouraging PT.

My sister is at Gardens Court for PT rehab after surgery and we had a rocky start but the facility is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful once you are settled. Physical Therapy is very busy but they are very good. Once she got the private room she was much happier. CNAs are good and Nurses are busy also. The facility could use a facelift it probably hasn't been renovated in years.
