I have been very favorably impressed with everyone at Promenade. They are very professional and efficient. They obviously love animals and are great working with my dog; loving and patient. I have been kept in the loop with the care my dog needs.
I have been going here for about 12 years. I have nothing but good to say about the care we have received. This is our 4th and 5th dogs that have been treated. Staff is terrific. Even my friend from PA has taken her labradoodle. Recommend highly! My labradoodle loves visiting which is unusual.
This is a great place with a supporting and caring staff- The prices are reasonable and Dr Posey seems to be very knowledgeable as well- Duke has had a few issues in his elder years and I felt a sense of ease and comfort after checking out of the office- I just recently had an extensive lab review of Dukes blood and was impressed with how Dr Posey broke down the results to me in layman terms- This was after he diligently followed up with these results after making multiple phone calls- I am on the fence about surgery but at least I know where his overall health stands after it being explained to me in precise detail-
