15 years ago I brought my first Puggle baby (his brother a year later) to Dr. Fondren and it was the best decision I have ever made. She truly goes above and beyond and is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. Her staff is amazing and have always been so helpful. Throughout their lives she has guided me to give them the best lives. From helping me to find the right trainer for stubborn Puggles(they were training me), to taking the time(sometimes more than once) to administer the various drops and pills they have required over the years. She always puts the pets and their owners first building a relationship with both that allows for the best care to be given. There have been many phone calls after hours if we have missed talking about results during office hours and I know she will do additional research or reach out to colleagues if we are confronted with difficult medical decisions. Her staff has always been amazing and caring which is especially important with aging babies(many phone calls for prescriptions and emergency appointments). I wish I had this relationship with my own Doctors.
