“I’m re-reviewing as I take customer service seriously. Professionals who care enough and are eager to correct any unfortunate mistakes definitely deserves serious reconsideration. Crystal is not only extremely professional and genuinely nice, but she cares about how her clients experience their services w/her and her staff. Keeping this short…I was one who did not have a good 1st experience. However, It was corrected immediately w/the utmost professionalism which I find to be very rare anymore. Just to be clear, the issue had nothing to do w/skill set. This was a customer service issue that Crystal was not present for that particular day.
My objective, besides locking in who’s going to be doing my eyebrows in Palm Beach, was to also find out about eyelashes and a long term solution to my eyebrows. She knew exactly what I needed w/o hesitation AND…I left w/GREAT looking eyebrows. Without a doubt Crystal will be my go to for my brows & lash needs!! “Juliana is truly AMAZING with blondes. I will not let anybody else touch my hair, she does exactly what you ask for. I get so many compliments on my hair color and it's all thanks to juliana. Would you believe that I'm a natural brunette and over the years she has transformed me to blonde in a healthy way (see attached picture)! I can't say enough good things about her!
