I highly recommend Dr. Andrea Hass . She is a phenomenal ophthalmic surgeon and truly the only person I trust with cosmetic injections near the eyes, like Botox and Dysport. The practice also does a nice job with skin treatments—their peels and laser therapies are very professional and well done.
