I had an ultrasound done today at your Palm Beach Gardens facility.I have to tell you how simply AMAZING Cory the ultrasound tech and Alontaaye at the front desk are!! Firstly Alontaaye went above and beyond her job and she made sure With all of the referral and insurance issues, she made sure that I was able to make my appointment. You don’t find that anymore these days so she definitely needs recognition for her job because she is simply outstanding and deserves credit!! Karen was fabulous. Very nice, and explained everything she was doing throughout the echocardiogram. I also appreciate her attention to detail so I will be able to monitor any changes down the road.
First and foremost I would like to thank the imaging center for their outstanding service. The lady Trish who checked me in was very helpful with the paperwork. But I have to give a special thanks to the 2 lovely techs Cori and Narda who performed the exams. These ladies were excellent, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. It was my very first mammo and I was so nervous but with the help and experience of your amazing team I was in and out with no pain or anything. Thank you so much for the work you guys do. Continue to be great. =)
