Family Medical Center is highly praised for its caring and attentive staff. Patients appreciate the friendly front desk team and the excellent providers, including Dr. Fahmy and Dr. Salib. The office offers in-house blood work, reducing wait times and improving convenience. Patients especially value the thorough listening and personalized care from staff like nurse Heidi, who is described as the best and most caring nurse they have encountered. The office culture is warm and welcoming, making patients feel valued and like family. Overall, it is considered one of the best doctor’s offices in the Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens area, known for its great service, attentive staff, and prompt responses to urgent needs.
I highly recommend Family Medical Center and in particular, Dr. Shady Salib. Not only is he thorough in his examination, but he is kind and has terrific bedside manner. He’ll even crack a few jokes while you’re in the office. He explains everything in laymen’s terms and you never feel rushed. Truly a top of the line physician and practice.
