The receptionist took my information (this was my 1st time visit) and got me an appointment 2 hours after I called and they did both the manicure and pedicure before my appointment I had scheduled for my personal trainer at 5 pm Friday! Crystal is not only extremely professional and genuinely nice, but she cares about how her clients experience their services w/her and her staff. Keeping this short…I was one who did not have a good 1st experience. However, It was corrected immediately w/the utmost professionalism which I find to be very rare anymore. Just to be clear, the issue had nothing to do w/skill set. This was a customer service issue that Crystal was not present for that particular day.
