Nikki is an angel!!! From the moment I walked in she was like a breath of fresh air, with her adorable fish outfit and accessories and made me feel comforted and pampered from the get go! She offered me a scalp massage and Bay Breeze to my blowout which was beyond worth every penny - I feel completely human again, such a luxe treatment! 15 stars!!!! Thank you Nikki, you’re a gem! 💎
I absolutely love Drybar and this location! Especially with having a manager like Katy that makes the check in process smooth and and makes sure your super comfortable and welcomed!. She is always super friendly. This has been a great experience so far and highly recommend!! Always leave feeling fab!
Updated review: Kaitlyn deserves recognition for completely turning the experience around at Drybar Alton. Since she started running the front desk and managing appointments, everything has become so much more pleasant, organized, and professional. She is spot on when it comes to customer service, communication, and making clients feel taken care of from start to finish.
On top of that, Jess and Claudia are both absolutely amazing stylists — talented, friendly, and consistently do a fantastic job.
