I have been renting my home for some time now. In this time Mari has been wonderful! Everytime the tenants call her she is in constant communication with me, sending me photos of any and all the issues found and we create a game plan to have the issue resolved as soon as we can. The tenants have also breached the contract by doing things they are not supposed to and when I have spoken with Mari about it, we discuss what would be the best option for both my home and the tenants before I make a decision on what the actions should be for the violation.
