He uses technology (hi concentration on auto-responses in both text & email) to give near real-time feedback, updates and answers to questions.Simple Washing showed up on time, ready to roll and did a great job! Ron was great! I had to make a last-minute scheduling change and Ron was able to accommodate the change. He was very upfront about the whole process and pricing. Whole process was complete in a day. I highly recommend Simple Washing.
