I cannot say enough amazing things about Palm Bay Collision. Mr. Mike Waterman and his team always offer exceptional customer service by checking in with you throughout the entire process. I have had a few vehicles repaired here and the repairs have always been flawless. Palm Bay collision repaired my vehicle from an accident where a vehicle collided with me in July and it happened again 2 days before Christmas. I called the tow truck from the side of the road and had them take my vehicle right to Palm Bay Collision. Once again, my now twice ran into vehicle, looks like nothing ever happened. We damaged our car in our neighborhood and that absolutely sucked. The only positive from this experience was meeting Mike and the team at Palm Bay Collision. Mike was very honest, reasonable, and communicative throughout the process. He managed our expectations on timelines exceptionally well, and the shop was very efficient. The only thing better than their customer service was the end result of the repair. The car looks brand new and they did a magnificent job while keeping us informed every step of the way. I brought my 2006 Chevy Impala in to get repaired, damage to the front bumper and hood. The vehicle is very sentimental to me, it was my fathers car. I met the owner Mr Waterman and explained to him what was looking for. I was not prepared for the result. The car after getting body work looked better then when my Dad brought home from the showroom at the dealership. You would never tell that the vehicle was involved in an accident. The vehicle shined and was in my opinion looking better than it ever did. Thanks you Michael Waterman.
