I have a 13 month old Siberian Husky and I heard about Off Leash through a great friend. I decided to give it a try and I scheduled my boy for the 14 day board and train program while I went on a 7-day cruise. Loukah was assigned to trainer Mindy. From the moment I booked the training, Mindy began communicating with me via phone and text. She advised me on what I needed to get started (vaccine records, food, treats, etc.) before I dropped him off at a central location (park half way our homes). I also received a welcome letter with instruction. On drop off day, she explained, once again, how she will transport Loukah to and from locations. Once she arrived to her house, I received a picture of my boy letting me know they arrived safely. Everyday I received two videos one with Loukah’s weight, which is very important that he maintained a healthy weight while on her care. The second video was his everyday progression. Mindy treated my husky as if he was her own pooch. On the day I picked him up, she explained how the e-collar works and walked me through the commands they worked on during the program. She even filmed me and my pup for a video. I not only recommend this company to train your dog, but will continue to use them for guidance on how to keep my boy up to date with his training.
