Lawn crew cut into the wires during trimming and subsequently fried the circuit boards on both air handler and air unit. Tom diagnosed immediately and was almost apologetic with regards to what it was going to cost to replace the outdated boards or if he was would be able to even find them. Fortunately he was able to get both from two different suppliers and was back out next day and brought the AC back to life... Grateful for Tom's professionalism and hard work. Definitely a thumbs up and would recommend for any HVAC issue.

We are snowbirds and when asking Florida neighbors for a recommendation when our AC went Nautical was it. I can only express how genuine, considerate and swift they were to change ours out and also beat all competitors prices! You will not be disappointed call Nautical today!!!

I've been having an ongoing issue with my system for MONTHS! I contacted Nautical to help me identify what the issue is. Tom (the owner) personally came out and did an inspection. He took his time and told me exactly what is wrong and how to fix it! I wish we had used his company rather than the other one who did a botched job! Will be using Nautical for all future HVAC needs!
