I had a partial knee replacement at Palm Bay hospital yesterday by Dr Miller and I have to give this hospital at least five stars everyone was absolutely wonderful from start to end of it I had constant help and attention the hospital looked great it was clean the room I was put in after the surgery looked like a four-star hotel room it even had a sofa it was great for my caregiver who was there with me to bring me home
Surgical team was awesome with my wife! Everyone was very conscientious and present "in the moment" with both of us. Drs Miller and Novo were very informative and spoke with my wife honestly. Lots of education from the physicians and nurses. The Joint Center nurses and physical therapists provided great care and much teaching for post hospital care. They provided a nurse to go over the discharge plan in detail. Dietary was amazing with great meals delivered warm and with great presentation. I cannot say enough about this great team and how much they worked to provide a great experience for my family.
I spent three days at Palm bay hospital after a stroke. The staff was incredible. Doctor Lewis was informative and very kind. The nurses who cared for me, went above and beyond their duty. Any patient who has these nurses will find that they make being in the hospital a lot easier to tolerate. Thank you Julia, Katie, and Ashley. You three are the best. Wish I could hug you all.
