I called First Quality Plumbing and made an appointment to have new faucets installed in our bathroom. Darrell M came to the house on time and prepared to work. Darrell introduced himself and I explained what I needed done. Darrell explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. Darrell was professional and polite. He went about his work explaining what he was doing and giving us tips and procedures to use to best maintain our pipes and faucets. We are very happy with the work and Darrell. This is the third time we have used First Quality Plumbing and every time the work was completed professionally. Couldn’t be happier.
I can't say enough good things about this company! I had a problem with my aging gas water heater so I called my usual plumbing company only to find that they had been bought by this new company. I was a little Leary about trying someone new but boy was I pleasantly surprised.
Jake the plumber who came out was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the problem at hand. He diagnosed the problem and gave me different options. I chose to replace the old water with a new expecting it to take a few days but was told that he would start removing the old water heater while someone was on the way with the new one. I have never before encountered a plumber who did not have a stock of washers on hand. I found that remarkable. Fortunately, I had a washer kit (assortment of different size washers), but I never expected that a customer would need to supply washers to a plumber.
