When I saw a neighbors home go up for sale with Steve’s name on it I paid attention to how long it was before it was sold as we were looking to list soon. Within a very short time it had an under contract sign posted and I called Steve right after that. BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE. My experience with Steve and Lisa was more than 5 stars! They are full of local real estate experience, customer focused, reliable, supportive and transparent. Steve always kept me in informed on the local housing market. He shared price comparsons between my house and similar houses to discuss p any price adjustments to keep my house marketable.
