If I didn't see it for myself, I wouldn't have believed it. We have had the same company clean our carpets for the past 5 years. We also have had the "same unremovable stain",in our dining room, This is what we were told by that same company. C&C (Charlie Cheek) was cleaning our neighbors, (who swore up and down he could get anything clean) well, I dubiously took them up on their challenge that day. Wellll...needless to say, that stain and "that other company is gone. We now have a new carpet guy. Welcome to the family Charlie!!!
