Randy is the best. Very thorough and professional. We used him before as we inherited a house, to see what needed to be done. He was so great, we used him again, before we bought a house. He not only tells you everything and finds all the dirt, but he has contacts all over Brevard county to get anything done. Talk to him regularly for advice even after his services were complete.
