Kaitlynn made me feel very comfortable and safe. I am disabled and have severe anxiety as well as I deal with algophobia. It was very hard for me to come out into the public and sit for so long in a public place to get my hair colored and washed, but it was something. I really wanted to get done to Help me to feel better and she did an amazing job doing everything professionally, as well as showing empathy, and I look forward to going back and seeing her from now on as my professional hairstylist.
