I was scheduled with Charlotte. After waiting and watching Charlotte actions she was fumbling with everything and kept dropping the rollers in the ladies hair. She appeared to me to be under the influence of something. I did ask another stylist to cut my hair, because I didn't want her to cut it if she was inebriated. The lady that did cut my hair did a fantastic job and I'm pleased with her.
