I was able to get an appt next day for flea treatment/prevention for my cats. Everyone (receptionist, vet tech and vet) was pleasant and extremely helpful. I was pleased with the service I received and the great staff. I’m so excited to have found a wonderful vet to take care of my babies!
HIGHLY recommended, MANY Pet(s) for MANY years. Appt., NEVER a Lengthy wait. Always or near on time. Brought into a Exam. rm. My experience @ River City has been VERY pleasant, extremely accommodating to both Our Pet(s) needs and ALWAYS so pleasant, Professional and VERY caring. Currently, have a Sm. dog with kidney fluid needs. I bring her (2x) weekly @ My Own time/days. The Staff makes EVERY effort to come out to parking area to bring her in for Me, treat her and return to My vehicle.
Also, A Lg. Dog who has Melanoma (Cancer) & Dr Martinez recommended I take her to CCVet Specialists (GNV) for 2nd Consult opinion.

I appreciated the amount of time Dr. Martinez took to examine Isabella and explain the options to me. She even "babysat" Izzy while I had to step outside to use the phone! No overselling, no pressure. I feel very comfortable here. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I will return!
