I called today to figure out what was wrong with our payments being made to quality ice and the woman who answered and claimed to be the manager was blatantly rude. Not only did she abruptly hang up on me she also hung up on my partner. Rather than come up with a solution or be helpful she was extremely combative. We wanted to make sure all of our tickets were paid and also wanted to make sure that we're not being overcharged for something we already paid for- and to our knowledge we are up to date. Great place to get all the ice you need for a cooler or a 1000 guest party. They also have the dry ice, if you get the dry ice, be super careful, it will freeze your skin on contact. Super friendly workers.
