I moved here from Ohio 6 ears ago from a brand new facility in Brookpark, Ohio a suburb of Cleveland. I have never had a bad experience. The facility is very modern, but the care I have experienced in Palatka VA Clinic is professional, caring and competent. I always feel like they care even when they are bombarded with numerous calls. I have never been ignored or dis missed. The staff and care is better then I have ever received in the public sector.

The Palatka VA Clinic is the best I've ever seen and probably the best in the VA system. These folks know how to treat people right. Compared to other VA clinics in NE Florida, this is heads and tails above the others.
