Express Urgent Care of Palatka

My fiancé went in with our newborn twins to be seen (don’t judge were sick and have no choice) we were greeted and taken care of by the nicest front desk lady, and after a short wait, a medical assistant, Karen, who was also very nice, took our vitals and got everything ready for the nurse practitioner. After another short wait the nurse practitioner came in, her name was Angelyn I believe, she was so nice and helpful, and took time explaining everything to us, she wanted to run some tests, stated it would be a moment & a medical assistant would be in to test us, 40 minutes later a nurse by the name of Kadaja, walks in. I really liked Angelyn Sorgen. She listened. She seemed to care. She didn't rush through the appointment. My appointment was at Express Urgent Care in Palatka. She sent me to have imaging done the very next morning and, actually while I'm typing this out, she just called to give me some results. I now have medication ready for me at a local Walgreens. I am thankful for her persistence and her willingness to give a quick follow up! See her again in a couple days!
