Aza Health is a welcoming medical office with friendly staff and a caring doctor. Patients appreciate the short wait times and flexible scheduling, including later appointments. The staff, led by Dr. Haq, are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about each individual's visit, making it a recommended healthcare destination.
A staff that truly cares about each individual's visit, I have rarely had to sit long waiting(more time has been myself checking in on tablet, which can be done before you get there). Everyone from Dr. Haq to all the staff: thank you, stay safe, take care; and continue to pass it all on!
I called Azalea Health in palatka to make an appointment and the lady that helped me with my appointment was great!! I think her name was Johanna, but I’m going back to school to get my Lpn and I’m a bit nervous!! She was very sweet, encouraging and uplifting!! So 5 stars goes to her and she needs a raise!!☺️
They only want you to do telecon visits. They don't call in your script. There staff is rude. The place is filthy. The doctor's are clueless. Smh Oh and their dentists diagnosed my 17 year old who has not had a cavity in years that she had nine cavities. We went to another dentist and she had three.
