pamela Howard * 2 months ago I have no personal experience with Mr Legum's professional services but based on my observation of providing a service to him... I would rather get run over by a semi than solicit anything from him. He is mean, ugly spirited and bullyish when things don't go exactly his way. He seems to lack patience and self control.
