Mark is the most honest and professional man. I called to get a new key to my car made and he was out within the hour. There were problems along the way (not due to him..my battery wasn't charging correctly) but he stayed alot longer just to help out with it. Most resonable priced around also. I highly highly recommend.

I had the best experience with Mark. He came out to help me replace my missing car fob. I had a hybrid, so it wasn't as clear cut as I had hoped, but he was very knowledgeable and had me up and going as quickly as he could. I felt that he was resourceful and didn't just give up when facing a difficult job. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending him, and will always use him in the future if I need a locksmith! Oh, and his prices were a lot lower than other locksmiths I checked with.

I had made several phone calls to different places trying to get a new key fob for my vehicle. The prices were either outrageous or they wanted me to pay upfront to order the key fob. I called Mark, and he gave me a really good quote. AND included with that quote, he would come to my house and it was within a couple of hours! I would definitely recommend Mark and Sure Locksmith!
