My key broke off in my car ignition last night. Thankfully, I could get it out, but my key had come out of the fob completely and I couldn’t fix it. I had a new key cut a few years ago, but I needed it to be programmed. I looked into a bunch of options, and the quotes I looked at seemed a bit higher than what I wanted to pay today. When I called Clark’s, I was greeted by a very nice lady who let me know I could walk in with the key and get it squared away. I came by the store and Todd was incredibly helpful! He got my fob fixed up using the old key in under 20 minutes! I paid a very affordable price for the fob to be fixed up, and I was able to get back on the road...read full review
Seems like mixed reviews for this business. I used the one in Pace. I had a good experience but I was also the only customer. I purchased two key fobs off Amazon and he was able to program one so I took it as a win. He also made me another key and married it to the vehicle. The price was reasonable in my experience.
The location was clean and organized. Todd, the service representative on duty, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I was in and out in no time. It was a great experience!
