“I came to Preppy Pet because I needed a dremel to file down my teacup Yorkie’s declaws. I called in to inquire & the gentleman on the phone said that I could stop in and he’d take a look. And didn’t even charge me (it was only to file down 2 tiny puppy nails)! Super cool & I’ll be returning :)“

“My young cat is very feral, petable, but feral. The vet was doing shots in the middle of the fish area. I told her that wouldn't work because if he bolted (which he did), we'd never catch him again. The tech suggested taking him into the restroom, which worked perfectly. It was an area where he was easily caught, scruffed, given his rabies shot and put back in the carrier, with everyone unharmed and safe.
I would use them again.“
