David Feenstra is an outstanding optometrist. Very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend him. The store did not have any frames that I liked, I have a narrow head but the smallest semi-rimless they had was a 51. The girl that was helping me find a frame was very honest and understanding and did not try to force any frame on me that I was not comfortable with. I ended up ordering on the web through Eyeconic (VSP in network), which had a couple of rimless frames in my size. Eyeconic has a very cool feature which allows you yo virtually try frames on your face. Fingers crossed that the eyeglasses arrive (ETA 3 weeks) without any major issues.
Jennifer and the manager Brittany at the Oviedo location were amazing. I came into to get glasses with my daughters, and they were so helpful and engaged me and with my kids to help my visit be at worry free and seamless. They make it so easy for moms to come in and take care of what they need. They were so sweet and I had a great experience. Jennifer took the time to help me find the right pair of glasses to fit my face, and I finally left with a pair I feel confident in wearing everyday. Thank you vision works Oviedo!
Dr. Fenestra is awesome. One appointment I don't mind going to! We love him! Carlos helped us tremendously! He was very helpful and made the process very easy! Exited to get my new glasses!
