The staff and doctor has always been friendly and helpful whenever I come in for my eye exam. The team works well together to figure out the best set of frames that fit your face and style. The selection can be a little more on the pricey side but with insurance it usually evens out.
Everyone was incredible, I honestly felt very well taken care of. Along with this, all my questions were answered and I left feeling more knowledgeable about my eye health and the benefits I could get. Aside from that, they had great deals on glasses frames.
Dr. Lam is kind and thorough. She explains why she is doing as she goes thru the exam, as well as after. She wants patients to ask question and have understanding and feel comfortable
