I'm getting my second treatment for a lingering flu. Last night I had my first good night sleep in 2 weeks. It is NOT a "New Age thing" but science based and as clean as a medical facility. Incredible staff too. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem I will admit I was apprehensive about a salt room but after experiencing it I can't wait to go back left feeling relaxed and refreshedStaff is very friendly and welcoming the set up is lovely as well

The Salt Room Oviedo is amazing! Everyone is so kind, the environment is so clean and calming and I always have wonderful customer service from Griffin. I love salt yoga with Vanessa, my kids loved the children’s room and happily played the whole session, and the infrared sauna is the best for relaxation.
