Salt Room has been a family game changer. We relocated to Florida over the summer and my 4 year old instantly started suffering from allergies. We did everything the pediatrician recommended, the nasal spray, the decongestant, daily allergy medication, humidifier, air purifier, & she couldn’t even sleep through the night with post nasal drip & coughing. Two trips to the Salt Room and she is sleeping through the night for the first time since August and she is no longer coughing & her congestion is gone. From a mom life stand point, the sauna is so recharging & the adult salt rooms are incredibly relaxing & rejuvenating. I feel like a new person every time I walk out the door. Laurie, the message therapist, is the ABSOLUTE BEST you can get. Highly highly recommend Oviedo Salt Room and wish I could give it more than 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
