Technician was nice and fixed the issue but we’d never use this company again for a few reasons. Tech was here for exactly 33 minutes. Company tried to bill for 1.5 hours. They adjusted the invoice reluctantly but gave the vibe that they don’t believe me (I have footage on my Ring camera). They also won’t let you pay day of service. In the year 2023, who wants to wait weeks for a bill in the mail. Waste of time/materials for the company to bill people by mail. They also don’t accept American Express. Company needs to evolve.Service: Electrical wiring repair

Called Smithson based on reviews of people in my neighborhood that had used them before. They were on time, fast, gave a very thorough explanation, and took care of a problem with the ground on a hot tub. Casey and Ricky were the team that came out. I would absolutely have them back to the house for any other needs. Thank you

I’ve called this company multiple times for repairs needed at home and they have always found a way to squeeze me into schedule last minute. The are prompt and fairly priced. I would only use this company for any electrical needs. Always a good experience with them!Services: Electrical power restoration
