I took my cat to Shaffer Animal Hospital for a general check up. I had no wait time, I was brought into a room as soon as I walked through the door. I had not worked with Dr Whitt and her assistant previously and found them kind, knowledgeable, caring and personable. They did not try to push anything on me or rush me. They listened to my concerns and the latest history of my cat. I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon obviously. I do reccommend this office especially Dr Whitt.
Also, Brittney was a huge help in scheduling my appointment.

Shaffer Animal Hospital is a blessing for animals. Its privately owned by doctors who are there day in and day out providing exceptional care. The associate veterinarians are equally as committed and compassionate. The entire team from the client care representatives, nurses, assistants etc are all thoroughly trained and are fear free certified.

Dr Witt has gone above and beyond for me and my boy Charlie. He came in with an extremely complicated case and I had many questions. Dr Witt always made time to talk to me. You couldn't ask for a more caring practice. From the attention at the front desk to the caring of the technicians to the wonderful experience with Dr. Patel. She cared about everything from Harper's musculature to his walking habits and relationship of him with our granddaughters. We are delighted!
