We had an emergency when our outside garden hose ripped the spicket out of the wall and was shooting water all over the yard. We could not find anybody to come out on a Saturday evening, except for Sam T.! Philip was so kind and explained everything he needed to do and fixed us up better than before! Highly recommend!

Everything was great. Quick service call based on emergency and what can I say about Phillip. Did great work, explained things along the way, and is an amazing human being. Just a joy to interact with. Hard to say that an emergency expense of around 1k is a good experience, but Phillip made it feel that way.

I had a small plumbing emergency when no one carried the cartridge I needed, so I had to order it online. When I tried to remove the old cartridge, part of it was stuck in the valve.
I called Sam T's and Phillip was able to come to my house within a few hours (a couple other plumbers couldn't come out until the following week).
Phillip was happy to provide me with some insight on what my next steps should be. We also developed a plan, should there be any problems with the valve itself.
