My Air Conditioner died in my home in Oviedo. I contactedR&A industries. Chris came and told us we need a new compressor. The estimate for the compressor Replacement was very high. So we opted to get a new air-conditioning unit. We told Chris we want a A two-stage heat pump, at least 17 seer and they recommended a Goodman Heat pump 2 stage 17.5 seer Air-conditioning system. they gave us a discount and we added an LED Remi Halo. We had to wait for the Goodman to arrive. Meanwhile, Phil came the very next day to install 2 portable air-conditioning system. it made a world of difference. Phil was very careful, kind, efficient and prompt. The staff Wanda, Christina, Brian and others helped in the process. AJ kept us updated. When the unit arrived, Ryan and Alex came, remove the old unit And installed the new unit. They erected a tent because it was raining. After several hours of working, Phil came to install the thermostat and the Remi Halo LED. They were prompt efficient, knowledgeable, and competent. No lunch break. They ran in the rain to get supplies from their truck. so far, everything is working well. I also got the 10 year parts and labour warranty. I would recommend them.
The AC unit went out. R&A Industries came out the next morning and fixed it. Very Professional. I do recommend this company.
Ben helped with the plumbing when I had the shower redone and did an excellent job so when we had an issue with the kitchen sink, I called him. He's very knowledgeable and honest and I shall recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.
