Awesome service, Tristen came to the apartment and was able to get the AC diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was shown how to take care of the unit and how to prevent this from happening again. Will absolutely be recommending their service and calling again when needed.
I have to say that Matthew Roberts has been excellent since I have hired them. They do the annual service and right now the HVAC went dead because of the Trane smart system so they identified the issue to the controller board or the actual motor. They ordered both and then after changing each part individually they realized that it was just the controller board. I have to say that this level of honesty in the service is much appreciated and they have a customer for life.
