My husband likes all the guys so far. I didn’t get all their names but my personal favorites are Luke and Tyler. I see their names dropped a lot in the reviews, lol. They are the best. Google likes photos so I included the photo of the work they did for me. They also did my neighbors which looks great.
I called MR Air for a 2nd opinion on a issue that another large HVAC firm stated that my unit needed to be replaced and could not be fixed. MR Air sent out an incredible tech named Kyle. Kyle went through every detail that needed to be evaluated and his critical thinking was spot on as he fixed the issue without a needed replacement! Kyle treated my house as if it was his own and was friendly and courteous all the way through the job. This is what I call a quality tech and A/C company! I am glad there are still people out there like Kyle and companies like MR Air!
