I received training from many team members. They are very organized and somewhat impatient in providing service. I live in Saipan, reading for the mainland. The group had to accomodate me at odd hours. The training was superb and relatively painless.I am impressed with the expertise, follow through, communication with my employer and me. They know a lot about PACS vendors, Dictation services and interaction. They are among the best IT people I have dealt with through my long career.I can't praise them enough.
