Dr. Mariano has an incredible personality, and Miriam took incredible care to get what was needed. Tre, a customer service employee, is a great worker, very kind, very helpful, and very patient, taking care of problems with frames in a matter of a day. Patients can expect a smooth experience.

I went to optical outlets after the place I got my eyes examined gave me a quote for one pair of glasses and it was just under $500. I walked in to optical outlets without an appointment and the young man behind the desk, Tre, was so helpful! He was able to get me quotes for one pair and also two pair of glasses that was $100 less than the quote I got for one. I will be back to get my glasses from there. Thanks Tre.

I have been coming here for years, and I have always had a great experience. The staff and doctors are always very kind and professional. I had a great experience at Optical Outlets. Mayi, the manager, was very professional and made sure everything went smoothly, while Eliana was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable when assisting me in choosing my glasses. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They both went above and beyond and truly deserve a raise. I’d definitely recommend Optical Outlets for their excellent service.
